In the event of cancellation by the customer up to 24 hours before the start of the experience, 100% of the price paid will be refunded. You can only cancel the service agreements in accordance with the cancellation conditions as stated on the voucher or ticket issued for the activity.
Payment is made at the time of booking.
Group prices are offered separately.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen events of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the activity. We will offer an alternative date. If your holiday plans do not allow this, we will refund 100% of the price paid.
